Located with a wide river frontage, Edgewater is the ideal holiday home for friends and family wishing to create special holiday memories. Featuring a swimming pool, sun lounges, pool towels, outdoor dining and large BBQ to make holidays fun.
The location is close to shops, cafes and restaurants and Surfers Paradise is within walking distance.
You will enjoy wide reaching river views from all living spaces in this home as well as the grand master bedroom.
The living room with comfortable lounge features Foxtel as well as a DVD player.
The beautifully furnished dining room features a chandelier and boasts river views. There are two feature swivel armchairs where you can relax and enjoy the views as well as the large nearby lounge. The sliding doors accessible from these areas leads to the deck with outdoor dining table and a big state of the art BBQ. The pool is fully fenced and pool toys as well as sun lounges are provided for your enjoyment.
Thoughtfully for our little guests, the river is also fenced off from the house via a glass balustrade with access via a gate.
As for the kitchen, it is well-designed with upscale appliances such as oven, dishwasher, large fridge and microwave, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine.

For our little guests we provide a complimentary port a cot and high chair & there is a pram also at the property.
