Arguably located on one of the most sought after pieces of prime real estate, Northcape 1 is next to former Beatles George Harrison's holiday house where he was known to seek solitude on it's 6 acres of stunning surroundings with wide reaching views. The same breathtaking views are shared by Northcape 1. A short 2 minute drive in the complimentary golf buggy (or approximately a 10 minute walk) will get you to the popular sunset bar andapproximately a further 4 minute golf buggy ride will have you reaching the main resort and marina. You are close enough to enjoy all the action whilst in a location that provides much needed relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the modern conveniences such as dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, quality dinnerware, cutlery, glassware and cookware. Preparing a meal has never been more enjoyable with arguably the best view on Hamilton Island. Try not to burn the toast as you are mesmerised by the never ending change of scenery as the sun moves across the ocean and nearby Whitsunday islands. It is amazing how often the view changes though one thing always remains the same being forever breathtaking. Your morning coffee is taken care of with the provision of a Nespresso pod machine (including starter pack of coffee pods) Instant hot and cold water is available from the kitchen tap complete with child safety function. Downstairs has it's own kitchenette with 2 hot plates, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, cookware, glassware, cutlery and crockery. Each of the two balconies has it's own BBQ and outdoor dining furniture perfect for two families holidaying together when at times you may opt for private dinners. Upstairs is a 8 seater outdoor dining setting and a 6 seater indoor dining setting and downstairs is a 4 seater outdoor dining setting and a 4 seater indoor dining setting. Both balconies feature sun lounges. Downstairs the swimming pool overlooks those mesmerising ocean views. (The pool is fenced as per regulations.) Perfect for groups of friends or families holidaying together there are 4 bedrooms which sleep up to eight adults plus infants. Fold out beds can be arranged for a couple of small children at a surcharge where needed, please ask us when booking. The property has two master bedrooms with ocean views, one upstairs with king bed and ensuite with shower as well as dual sinks and one downstairs also with king bed and ensuite with free standing bath, shower and dual sinks. A third and fourth bedroom both with Queen beds are upstairs and downstairs. They also each have their own bathroom located in the hallway. As mentioned fold out beds can be arranged for a couple of small children at a surcharge where needed, please ask us when booking. A complimentary port a cot is provided and we can assist with the hire of additional port a cots where required. Quality bed linen is supplied. Never cue again for bathrooms on holidays as this spacious home has four bathrooms. Quality towels and top quality Molton Brown amenities are provided for your pampering. Each bedroom has wardrobes. There is ducted air-conditioning throughout the property as well as ceiling fans. Upstairs is a spacious comfortably furnished lounge room with large screen television and Foxtel and downstairs is a second smaller lounge room with lounge and television. Both enjoy great ocean views. We understand that laundry escapes no one, even when on holidays, so for your convenience a washing machine with dryer is located upstairs as well as one downstairs.
