Being absolute ocean front Northcape 1 has wide reaching ocean views that are second to none. One of the very few locations on Hamilton Island where you can hear the ocean waves. Once you have booked you then have 48 hours to choose between the 2 bedroom self contained apartment downstairs or the 2 bedroom self contained apartment upstairs. We are happy to talk you though the features of each to help you decide. Please see the photos which are labeled to advise which apartment they belong to. You will have access to a 4 seater golf buggy and a complimentary shuttle bus also stops not far from this property approximately every half hour. Arguably located on one of the most sought after pieces of prime real estate, Northcape 1 is next to former Beatles George Harrison's holiday house where he was known to seek solitude on its 6 acres of stunning surroundings with wide reaching views. The same breathtaking views are shared by Northcape 1. A short 2-minute drive in the complimentary golf buggy (or approximately a 10-minute walk) will get you to the popular sunset bar and approximately a further 4-minute golf buggy ride will have you reaching the main resort and marina. You are close enough to enjoy all the action whilst in a location that provides much needed relaxation. The 2 properties are separate and you will be assured privacy. UPPER LEVEL APARTMENT FEATURES AND AMENITIES: - A spacious comfortably furnished lounge room with large screen television and Foxtel - Great ocean views - BBQ and outdoor dining furniture - Fully equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences such as dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, quality dinnerware, cutlery, glassware and cookware - Nespresso pod machine (including a starter pack of coffee pods) - Instant hot and cold water is available from the kitchen tap complete with child safety function. - 8 seater outdoor dining setting and a 6 seater indoor dining setting - Sun lounges - Master bedroom with oceans views is furnished with a king bed and ensuite with shower as well as dual sinks - The second bedroom has a queen bed with own bathroom located in the hallway. Quality towels and top quality Molton Brown amenities are provided for your pampering. Each bedroom has wardrobes. There is ducted air-conditioning throughout the property as well as ceiling fans. - Fold out bed can be arranged for small children at a surcharge where needed, please ask us when booking. - Complimentary Port A Cot - Quality bed linen, bath and pool towels are supplied. - Washing machine with dryer is provided. - Ironing board and iron - 1 x 4-seater electric complimentary golf buggy. LOWER LEVEL APARTMENT FEATURES AND AMENITIES: - Access is not suitable for mobility impared as involves walking from the garage down a winding slightly steep path to your front door.     This apartment is a wonderful place to stay on Hamilton Island with all the luxuries on display with spectacular views , nice decor and all the mod cons needed for a most enjoyable stay . The added bonus of the golf cart to transport you around the island is the icing on the cake . We will definitely book here again next time . We stayed in the upstairs apartment but is great to have the option of booking the whole place for a larger group
