Architecturally designed and open plan this very spacious house is full of light. Multiple comfortable living spaces and bedrooms ensure plenty of private places to retreat to when holidaying with family and friends.
Two pavilions are joined by a breezeway with the sparkling 8-meter heated pool between them. The pool is heated approximately 30 degrees all year round!
The spacious airy portico entrance overlooking the pool area has outdoor lounge chairs and a dining area so you can relax with a book or enjoy cocktail hour at sunset.
The first Pavillion features a large master bedroom with king bed, spacious modern ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and a second bedroom with Queen bed, spacious ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The Pavillion also features a small sitting room when you want to enjoy your own space.
A full laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are provided for your convenience.
The second Pavillion features a full modern kitchen with island bench and all the essentials such as double door fridge, ice maker, water dispenser, electric oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, glassware, dinnerware, crockery, a coffee machine for your favourite coffee beans and milk frother.
There are three more bedrooms in the second Pavillion, one with comfortable Queen bed and ensuite bathroom, another bedroom with four singlebeds (one of which can be converted to a king bed depending on your needs), own sitting area with couch, play area and smart television with Foxtel, Netflix and unlimited WIFI. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and shower. The 5th bedroom with private garden access offers a comfortable king bed and ensuite bathroom.
The dining area provides a welcoming space to share meals together.
If you do not feel like cooking, just step through the private back gate and a secluded ten meter path leads you into the Ramada Resort bar and restaurant!
The main living area has a large sofa and lounge chairs, an Apple iPod entertainment box that is also android device compatible and large digital Flatscreen TV, so everyone can sit back and relax. The main living room flows out to the deck with BBQ and an alfresco dining setting overlooking the tropical lawn and towering palm trees.
There are three flat screen TVs all with full Foxtel as well as complimentary unlimited WIFI, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the house,
