This spacious 6 bedroom holiday home is located with wide water frontage in one of the most prestigious spots the Gold Coast has to offer, within easy reach of upmarket shopping and dining as well as the stunning beach.
There is plenty of room for larger families with six well designed bedrooms and two spacious lounge rooms (including a purpose build cinema room with Foxtel and large collection of movies for all ages). One of the bedrooms also has its own lounge area with large screen television. In fact the house features 5 Televisions plus a large movie screen so everyone can relax in their own personal space with their favourite program after a day out shopping, dining, theme parks and the beach. The cinemaroom features Foxtel.
The fully fenced ground swimming pool is a delight to cool down in, and the kids will love splashing around with the pool toys that are supplied.
Bedlinen, bath towels and pool towels are all provided for your convenience.
Situated right at the edge of the water, the house presents spectacular wide reaching water views, and with a large pontoonis the ideal spot for fishing, boating and other water activities.

It can also double up as a parents retreat with own comfy lounge area and huge flat screen television. Bedroom three and four upstairs offer comfortable Queen beds and wide-reaching water views with bedroom four also featuring a wall mounted flat screen television. Downstairs there are two further bedrooms, one with Queen bed and the other with King bed, with one of these providing yet a further flat screen television.
The downstairs impressive cinema room is equipped with a quality projector, large cinema screen, Foxtel and a huge range of movie DVDs for all ages for those ultimate movie nights.
