This three bedroom house is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay on Hamilton Island a positively memorable experience. From the fully inclusive meet-and-greet at the Airport or Ferry Terminal and transfer to the villa, to the complimentary use of an electric 4-seater golf buggy, your stay at Heliconia One is designed to help you ease into a fabulous holiday of relaxation and fun in the sun.

You will appreciate the stunning views from the spacious balcony, which comes furnished with sun loungers, an outdoor dining table for eight, and a good size BBQ for that complete al-fresco dining experience. From the balcony large sliding doors take you into the modern open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, where you will find everything you need for cooking, entertainment and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you need to create a magnificent meal, while the six-seater dining table will easily accommodate that family meal, or the get-together with good friends. The living room is furnished with comfortable couches, and is the perfect place to be entertained with the large flat-screen TV with Foxtel, DVD player (selection of DVDs provided) and stereo system.

Combining rest and relaxation with style and spaciousness, the master bedroom opens up to the balcony, and is furnished with a comfortable king sized bed and ensuite, while the second bedroom also has a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed which can be split to 2 single beds upon request plus a trundle bed. These bedrooms share the main bathroom, which comes with a large bath and shower. A quality single blow up bed, cot or high chair can be arranged upon request.
