Welcome to Pavillions 12 on Hamilton Island, a prestige waterfront property with plenty of privacy and your very own inground pool. Being within an easy stroll to the Hamilton Island marina, this property boasts the perfect location.

The inground pool is fully fenced and set near a grassed area ideal for small kids to play. Outdoor dining and a family BBQ make your time spend outdoors dining or just gazing at the ocean with a glass of champagne or a cold beer a memorable and enjoyable experience.

The property is set all on one level with no stairs, giving peace of mind for those with young children or guests with mobility concerns.

The large living spaces include 8-seater comfortable dining (with water views) and 2 lounge rooms, one with a flat-screen television, DVD player, smart television, DVD player and a collection of DVDs. Board games and pool toys for your enjoyment. Selection of kids' toys provided to keep your children entertained.

A newly renovated good size and well-equipped kitchen make self-catering on your holiday a breeze.

The bedding configuration is as follows:

3rd bedroom - Choice of 2 Singles or King Bed

4th bedroom - King Single Bed

2 x Single fold out beds can be arranged upon request (please ask at time of booking) at a small surcharge

Linen, bath towels, pool towels and a starter pack of hotel-sized toiletries are included.

3 bathrooms (one with huge spa bath, dual basins and shower, the second with bathtub and shower and the third with shower) ensure lazy mornings without any cues for the bathrooms.

Our friendly complimentary valet service will take you from the airport or marina to your property, and back again after your stay.

A complimentary electric golf buggy is provided for your convenience. It is possible to walk to the marina village in around 10 minutes or you can catch the free bus which circulates the island approximately every 30 minutes. There is also a taxi on Hamilton Island.

A bottle of wine will greet you upon arrival.

You can shop for groceries on the island or you may opt to order online and have them shipped to the island in time for your arrival. Our pre-arrival information will guide you on how to go about doing this.

Hamilton Island has something for everyone with an extensive list of activities both on the island and on the water.

On Island activities include mini golf, bushwalking, tennis, go-cart racing, off-road adventure tours, quad biking for kids, art classes, spa treatments and more.
